JBF Construction LLC offers financing options to qualified customers through independent third-party lenders. Please be advised of the following:

1. Independent Financing Provider: Financing is provided solely by third-party financial institutions. JBF Construction LLC is not a lender, does not make credit decisions, and does not guarantee loan approval or financing terms.

2. No Obligation to Finance: Customers are under no obligation to use the recommended third-party lender and are encouraged to explore other financing options independently if preferred.

3. Separate Agreement: Any financing agreement entered into is a separate contract between the customer and the third-party lender. JBF Construction LLC is not a party to that agreement and assumes no responsibility for the terms, interest rates, fees, payment schedules, or any other obligations related to the financing.

4. Project Commencement: Construction services will commence only after written confirmation of financing approval and execution of all required documents between the customer, lender, and JBF Construction LLC.

5. Customer Acknowledgment: By proceeding with third-party financing, the customer acknowledges understanding the terms of the financing arrangement and releases JBF Construction LLC from any liability arising from the financing process.
